Friendship Group
Sundays 11:00 a.m.
We are committed to helping developmentally disabled adults and their families grow in their faith. Friendship Group is a weekly class for adults with developmental disabilities. An array of teaching styles and techniques is used to teach the stories of the Bible and to develop and enhance “friendships” with others in the class and the church. The curriculum is adapted to the particular needs and skills of the class and includes gross and fine motor activities and crafts, development of cognitive skills, music and other auditory and visual activities. New participants are welcome.
